This herb also has a strong antimicrobial action which may kill bacteria and viruses, may decrease the risk of developing infection.

Ginger – Is a strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and has been used traditionally for stimulating circulation, this herb may improve symptoms from the common cold and other viruses.
