The fruit pieces in our teas do contain a tiny amount of sugar naturally present in the fruits (less than 0.5g per 250ml serving). The average serving size is 1-2g and the infusion of the fruits releases so little sugar content it is immeasurable and not required to have a Nutritional Panel. There are no calories, carbs, fats or proteins in fruit teas and all our ingredients are 100% natural and no added sugars
