BLUE BYRON GRANITA
To create this delicious and refreshing ice tea mocktail, follow these simple steps
Brew 1 Litre of Blue Byron Iced Tea: 4 tsp Blue Byron tea to 1-litre water
Freeze some of the blue tea in ice cubes in the freezer overnight.
Place remainder of Blue Byron tea in the fridge to develop colour and flavour overnight
Pour liquid tea from the fridge into 4 glasses and add a large squeeze of lemon juice to each glass until tea turns purple.
Crush the blue ice cubes in a blender until the ice is crushed and top with blue ice, serve with a garnish of lemon.
