Green Smoothies are an amazing way to fuel and nourish your body with fresh produce.
Our favourite simple recipe for a Green Smoothie is
small handful of kale
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 lemon ( skin removed)
1 tsp Green Smoothie Tea
Add water and blend until smooth consistency. Enjoy!
